The following will be a detailed report on the information I have gathered regarding the location and appearance of the obelisks on the isle of Amia.
To date I have been asked by two separate parties for help in understanding what these obelisk are, and who is behind their appearance. I was first approached by E’dalar Solanthas regarding his experiences up until the appearance of the third obelisk. He spoke of many interesting things including a Tanari or demonic orc of sorts that was able to summon a horde of orc or orc like creatures which attacked and dispatched a group he traveled with. This being is also apparently able to take at least two forms, that of the demonic orc and another that is the appearance ofa human male. In his tale he also mentioned some actions performed by this being that indicate it has vast control over the Mystra’s Weave. The second person to approach me about the obelisk was Miss Renias Whiteheart. Renias asked me to investigate these pillars and also to guard against a possible forth attack which she expected to occur near Kampo’s Store house…. This prompted me to map and explore each obelisk and with out knowing the exact location of the forth obelisk or in fact even its appearance yet I was able to predict its location with a high degree of accuracy.
Upon locating the forth obelisk and speaking to an elf at the temple of Ellistraee I have learned of their theories about the location of the fifth and supposedly last obelisk and their belief that this is some how tied to Drow… but I have my doubts, especially after meeting the Drow of E’donil…..
One thing is indeed known… More must be learned of these obelisk and what their appearance heralds.
