Brazen Thugs In Daylight Car Crash, Home Invasion of Man Sealing Deal For Airing of CIA/DRUGS TV Special

Los Angeles,Ca.--In a shocking daylight attack, a man closing negotiations for the airing of the TV special "The Secret Heartbeat of America" had his car deliberately smashed while driving through Westwood in suburban Los Angeles last Wednesday. A black Chevrolet Suburban with heavily-tinted glass first cut off his car on Wilshire Boulevard near the Federal Building, came to c complete stop in front of him--despite the heavy noontime traffic--and then shifted into reverse before ramming back into his small Honda, causing extensive damage and minor injury. The Suburban then escaped onto the freeway.

Further, the man's home was then ransacked and vandalized over the weekend, as if to drive home the warning. The only items taken were marketing material on the special, which presents evidence that Barry Seal, the biggest drug smuggler in American history, was an agent for the CIA. Left untouched in the home invasion were valuable collections of rare coins and guns.

Anthony Bizakis, 38,is the owner of a prominent real estate appraisal firm in Southern California with a clientele of motion picture and television industry names like Francis Ford Coppola. Bizakis became involved in the project through a friend, family physician Dr. David Stern of Torrance California, proprietor of the Deep Politics Bookstore on the Internet(www.copi.com). Dr. Stern has been assisting the producers of the show in their effort to find a broadcaster willing to air the show in the U.S.

ATTACK COMES SAME DAY

Bizakis went to work, drawing on an extensive network of media contacts, and  immediately excited strong interest from the first people he approached. They exclaimed, "Who are these guys with the big cajones?" They swiftly sent a video of the show, and the series proposal, to their investment bankers for funding. Bizakis' vehicular assault  happened that same day, last Wednesday,May 6, while on his normal client rounds.

"It wasn’t so much an automobile accident," he explained, "as it was an automobile assault. I was near the freeway, about a quarter-mile from the Federal Building, on my way to one of my largest accounts, when a four-door black Chevy Suburban with tinted windows crossed into my lane right in front of me and cut me off. I stopped, it stopped, and then the driver threw it into reverse, and slammed back—hard-into my front end. A Suburban’s bumper is much higher than a Honda’s; it crinkled my hood, smashed my radiator, and dislodged my air conditioner’s compressor. And then it just took off."

"WELCOME TO LITTLE ROCK"

The investigative writer/producer of "The Secret Heartbeat of America," Daniel Hopsicker, was notified of the attacks in an urgent message while completing a radio interview with newshost Doug Krile of the WB affiliate in Little Rock, Arkansas.

"My heart sank as I heard what Anthony Bizakis is undergoing," Hopsicker said in a statement. "For exercising his rights as an American,he has been unfairly victimized by thugs hiding behind tinted windshields, within a block of FBI headquarters. I guess you could say its Little Rock comes to Los Angeles."

POLICE REFUSE TO HELP

In a phone interview from his ransacked Torrance, California home, Bizakis told of the attack. "I flagged down two police cars, but they didn’t want to hear about it. They said a tow truck would be along. And I thought that was weird, too, and I was thinking all kinds of stupid things, but then, you know, I just blew it off. I said to myself, 'kids, maybe.'"

"That was till this morning, when I came home and found my place completely turned upside down, ransacked. And then I thought, hey, wait a minute," Bizakis continued. "My place has never been burglarized before. What's going on here?"

MESSAGE IN A (CATSUP) BOTTLE

Surveying his vandalized home, Bizakis discovered more weirdness. "My clothes are neatly put away; they weren’t touched. They messed with nothing but paper..I have some vintage World War Two rifles from Germany—my family was in the Underground in World War Two—and I’m not saying they’re worth a ton of money, but they are worth something. And if somebody was to bust in here there are a lot of things they could have walked off with and made themselves a few dollars. But they didn't do that.

"And the other thing is,they emptied out my refrigerator. Everything is thrown on the floor, they sprayed catsup everywhere, and the refrigerator doors were left open.

ONLY SHOW MATERIALS TAKEN

"All they took was my marketing material on the Conspiracy Series, the faxed copies that David sent me. And that’s the only thing I can see missing. That, and they mangled my fax machine, and I discovered that the fax cartridge has been removed. Its gone. I found that odd, too."

Bizakis then discovered something he found truly chilling."But that’s not all they did," he said slowly, still coming to grips with his experience."They've messed with my computer records, somehow. My insurance company takes out a bank draft from my business account every month, and my bank says, every month, the payment’s been made."

"But when I reported the accident to my insurer, they said:not only do they have no record of any payments being made, they don't even have me in their computer!"

"I’m not worried about my own safety," states Bizakis. "This has made me more determined than ever to sell this program.I had two uncles tortured in World War Two by the Nazis. If whoever did this thinks they've succeeded in intimidating me, they don't know who they're dealing with."

"I am known throughout the community as being able to get things done," Bizakis said, in parting. "But, I gotta tell you-I’ve never had these kinds of problems before."

"The Secret Heart of America" is 2-hour TV special about the Train Deaths and their connection to the CIA drug smuggling through Mena,Arkansas.

"For the first time since we began this project over a year ago," stated Daniel Hopsicker, the show's producer, "I am beginning to feel that maybe, even after doing our best, we may be swimming against too strong a tide.I hope someone steps up to help. We don't have any black Suburbans."
