TRAVELING EXHIBIT:
'When My Father Returned from War'
'When My Father Returned from War' is a series from a year-long project, based on childhood memories of living with a returning combat veteran. From the sensitivity of a child, the artwork innocently depicts events in a family as the father attempts to return to a normal life after his experience as a combat infantryman and prisoner-of-war. The series compassionately honors all who have been touched by war.
