I Priscilla Hollomon, of Hertford county & state aforesaid, being of sound mind and memory, but
considering the uncertainty of my earthly existence, do make and declare this my last will and testament,
in manner and form following that is to say:-
First- That my executor shall provide for my body a decent burial, suitable to the wishes of my relatives and friends,
and pay all funeral expenses, together with my just debts, howsoever and to whomsoever oweing, out of
the moneys that may first come into his hands as a part or parcel of my estate.
Item: I give and devise to my beloved grand daughter Helen J. Jernigan one bed & mattress & bed clothes for the same.
Item: I give and devise to my childre[n] Martha J. Jernigan, J. E. Hollomon, Mandie Hollomon, Yancey Hollomon, Lavenie
Sessoms, Claudia Willoug[h]by, Elizabeth Jenkins, Texanna Powell, Perry T. Hollomon, and Charlie L. Hollomon the sum of
sixty cents to be equally divided between them, to be theirs, and at their disposal absolutely forever.
Item: I give and desire to my son William Hollomon all the residue of my estate, after taking out the devi_es
and legaci_s above mentioned, personal & mixed, of what nature or kind soever, and wheresoever the same shall be at the
time of my death, and lastly, I do hereby constitute and appoint my trusty son William Hollomon, my
lawful executor, to all intents and purposes, to execute this my last will and testament, according to the true intent and meaning of the same, and every part
and clause thereof, hereby revoking and declaring utterly void all other wills and testaments by me heretofore made.
In witness whereof, I, the said Priscilla Hollomon have hereunto set my hand and seal. This the 5th day of
January 1894.

of us, who at her request, and in her presence, do subscribe out names as witnesses thereto.
