Descriptions of Services...

Performing Upgrades and Repairs of PC and Laptop Hardware and Software for both Residential and Business Customers.  Performing Upgrades and Repairs of all PC makes and models, while working with the Manufacturer to maintain the customer's warranty.  Services are generally available whenever required.  On-Site Maintenance and Repair Services can be performed after normal office hours or during the weekend, at no extra hourly charge - no overtime rate.  For businesses, this may be an option so as not to interfere with daily business operations.

Support for Microsoft Windows and general support for most other Windows Compatible Programs and Devices, including installation and general support of PC Software, and Hardware Products like Printers, Scanners, Cameras, etc.   Services include On-Site Service Calls or In-Shop Repairs, and Customer/Technical Support over the Phone or On-Site.

Installation, configuration, and support of Peer-to-Peer Networks using Routers, Hubs, and Switches for multi-station configurations with multiple Internet Connections, and File and Printer Sharing.  Networks can include multiple PCs and/or Laptops, Printers, and NAS (Network Attached Storage) devices.  Network configurations can include both Ethernet (wired) and/or Wireless devices.   Typical Network configurations include establishing the customer's Internet connection (Cable, DSL, or Dial-Up) to the PC, configuring the Email service, installing Wireless Devices (Laptops or Printers) and recommending and installing AntiVirus and AntiSpyware software for total protection.

Specializing in Virus and Spyware Prevention, and Virus and Spyware Recovery.  Specializing in saving the customers data: documents, pictures, music, email, address book, internet bookmarks, etc., from a non-booting or infected PC, and reinstalling them on the repaired PC before delivery.  The typical turnaround time for a Major Rebuild of this sort is two days.  The Major Rebuild of a badly infected PC is normally performed In-Shop.
