P.A.G. met at Paolo’s Restaurant.

Treasurer’s Report: none
New Account has been opened but there is no other activity to report.
Trip Reports: Discussion of recent Scout trip to Norman’s. Scouts had a good time but Alli June's grand-daughter) showed them all up with her energy. Steve M washed and decontaminated all gear and it will be returned to Cullen.
Future trips:
April 21: Possible day (or longer) trip to Conkle’s Hollow for Vertical practice. Contact Steve M.
April 27-29: Poor Farm Festival Grounds in Williamsburg, WV (NOT VA!) Hosted by Tri-State Grotto.

Meeting Location: It was agree that Paolo’s was OK as a spot for meeting. It was quiet (but the place wasn’t busy) and the table was separated from the main room by a partition. He food was good but not outstanding.
Discussion was held about returning to a non-dinner meeting site with an option for eating/drinking after or before. No suitable site could be determined.
Site requirements: consistently available, large enough, parking, suitable hours, private.
It was decided to send out a survey to get more input from grotto members. This will be done by a separate e-mail.
WATCH FOR IT AND PLEASE RESPOND WITH YOUR IDEAS!
It was also noted that the meeting place and contact info in the WV Caver is still incorrect and attempt to fix that will be made once we determine a permanent spot.
Next Meeting:
Paolo’s, May 1, 6:00 PM (not 6:10, Mr. Chairman…). It was decided to go ahead and schedule the meeting pending the search for a new site.
