We use different final coats with different characteristics. The hardest, epoxy coating, will retain the paint job but action of the lure suffers and adds weight. The medium, clear powder coating, provides durability but sometimes is uneven. The softest, standard clear, is the least durable but lets the lure perform best. Always remember: If you’re not knocking the paint off, you’re not fishing it right! |
