Mind Control
Over Katrina

It has been said that whatever controls the mind controls the man.
So what do we have on our minds?
What are we thinking?
Typically what we hear and see the most is an indication of what is on our mind.
If the mainstream media shows us an example of what we are thinking, then greed, violence, corruption, and discord are probably the things that are on our minds. If the mainstream music industry gives us any indication as to what is on our minds, then misogyny, drugs, infidelity, grandstanding and materialism are probably on our minds.
So if it is indeed true that what controls the mind controls the man, then … you guessed it. If these are the things that control us, is there any hope?

THE GOOD NEWS IS YES!!!

There is hope! We just have to change our minds. How can we do that?
Philippians 4:8 says, “Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are of good report: if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise think on these things.”
Isaiah 26:3 states, “Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee.” We must change what we see and hear because the same rule holds true. If God controls the mind, then He controls the man.
God promises us peace. A peace that exceeds all of the negatives that the world of wayward minds can imagine. Thank God that we have

VICTORY!

If not… What’s on your mind?

HI MY NAME IS IRMA LONDON. I’M A HURRICANE KATRINA VICTIM. THIS IS WHAT HAPPEN TO PEOPLE WHEN THEY DID’NT WANT TO LEAVE… I FEEL SORRY FOR THE PEOPLE WHO LOST EVERYTHING.

My name is Tyroneisha. Hurricane Katrina affected me by displacing me and my family apart. I am 14 years old, and in the 10th grade. I have a little brother, but now my family that I knew about is all across the world.
Hi, my name is Montrinika, and this is what the victims of Katrina had to go through. Some people had to sleep on the concrete of bridges for 4-5 days in order to be rescued. My family slept in our house until the food ran out. My sister and brother were rescued first, then the boats came back for the rest of us.
It's like a seed planted in fertile soil. A seed that early on shows no sign of life. Then ever so gently, it peeks its way through to the top. Still young, It is vulnerable to the elements and sometime harsh environment.

Water freely with PATIENCE and cultivate with LOVE.

Nevertheless, it struggles and perserveres. Always moving toward the warmth of the light. With toil and patience, it gradually grows stronger each day, until finally it is mature.

It is strong enough not only to sustain itself, but all of those around it.
