| ARCDC Library Announces Flag Design Winner October 2010 The ARCDC Library Media Center is proud to announce that the winner of the "Oh, say can you... Design?" Flag Design Contest is Ms. Thrash's homeroom in F13. Thanks gentlemen for the AWESOME flag!!! Each member of Ms. Thrash's class will receive a party bag from Ms. Long for their effort. Students were asked to design a flag for our school that would represent all that we do here at ARCDC and be able to explain the meaning of the parts of their flag. They were reminded about common colors and symbols of flags from around the world. The winning flag can be seen on the right along with a picture of our winners! |
