Eureka Photoshop User's Group - I'm fortunate to be located in a city with one of only a few authorized Adobe Photoshop User's Groups in the USA. The group meets each month at Access Humboldt, located at Eureka High School in Eureka - all experience levels are welcome.

Humboldt Arts Council & The Morris Graves Museum of Art - Humboldt County’s largest arts organization. The museum is located in the refurbished Eureka Carnegie Library building in downtown Eureka.

FreeFreehand.org is a website dedicated to modernizing and maintaining support for Macromedia Freehand software, a vector drawing application which was purchased by Adobe a few years back. Freehand is available as a trial download from Adobe and they also offer a Registration File that allows registration and unlimited use of Freehand for free. The latest version works with Mac OS 10.6 (not Lion) and Windows Vista and 7 but hasn't been upgraded in several years.
