Okay, it's not all that old, but I had a chance to pick it up pretty cheap and thought it was pretty nifty.

The docking station doesn't really do much for you except provide 1 USB port and a nifty place to store the stylus on the right side.

The VGA card on the other hand could be rather handy.

Other than that, Windows CE is a lot like Win98.
