Polished international specialist with broad experience in market penetration, sales, political risk analysis, corporate start ups and acquisitions. Substantial experience in Mexico, Guatemala, Costa Rica, Panama, Colombia, Ecuador, Brazil, Bolivia, Chile, Peru and Venezuela. Most recently affiliated with diverse ventures in Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, People's Republic of China, Singapore, India, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Australia, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and the United Arab Emirates. ·  Post Associates International, Inc., President - 1981 to Present

·  Designed an entrance strategy for the Pacific Basin for an environmental engineering services firm. Negotiated and launched joint ventures in Japan, India, Korea S'Pore and Indonesia. Established representative firms in Thailand, Taiwan, Malaysia, Australia, Philippines and Hong Kong. Established the firm as one of Asia's premier environmental engineering companies

·  Researched and designed the Asian marketing strategy of a Texas Manufacturer of heat transfer cement for the process industry. (Gross income rose 30%, is currently 50% of over-all sales.) Directed a team of 16 multi-cultural senior executives from a Japanese base. Aided in restructuring Australian operations. (Sales increased 15%.)

·  Designed and implemented a business development scheme for an Indonesian holding company. (Added $4.5 mil in gross income in 18 months.)

·  Recruited and contracted with international distributors & representatives on behalf of a Japanese trading company. (Increased trade by more than $1.2 million.)

·  Analyzed and redesigned the global strategy of a Hong Kong based manufacturing and trading company. Negotiated contracts, set up new business ventures in six countries. (Sales grew from approximately $1.2 mil in 1984 to nearly $5 mil in 1988.)

·  Researched the Japanese market and sought acquisitions for a major U.S. based waste management firm.

·  There is much, much more. Over 30 years of experience. Invariably played a chief executive officer's role in international operations. Responsibilities have included risk analysis, strategic planning, executive decision-making and import/export management. Market analysis, new business development and contract negotiations were also key duties. This included writing international contracts. Products and services were varied, but basically included computer related products and services, instrumentation for the process industry, manufacturing, environmental engineering services and capital formation. All activities involved accessing the highest levels of government and industry in all countries of operation.

Tenured, full-professor of anthropology/sociology, Director of International Studies and Dean of the Social & Behavioral Sciences, St. Edward's University, Austin, Texas, 1969-1981, and associate professor, Our Lady of the Lake University, San Antonio, Texas, 1966-69. Methodist minister, 1955 to present.

Ph.D. in Educational Anthropology, University of Texas, Austin, Texas, 1974. Earlier studies led to Master's degree in Sociology, Trinity University, San Antonio, Texas, 1966, and a Master's in Theology, Southern Methodist University, Dallas, Texas, 1961. Earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History, McMurry University, Abilene, Texas, 1958. Extensive post-graduate work conducted at the New School for Social Research, New York City, and the Center for Intercultural Documentation, Cuernavaca, Mexico. Author of numerous books and articles (see publications).
