Consequences
- First infraction - warning
- Second infraction - warning and refocus
- Third infraction - refocus and parent contacted
- Fourth infraction - refocus and office referral
Severe Disruption: Student sent immediately to the office.
Rewards
- Praise and encouragement
- Positive notes or phone calls home
- Other appropriate perks
