Hey FrontPage Guru?  Isn't there an easy way to insert Meta Tags into my website with FrontPage?   Yes, there most certainly is! All you have to do is have the page open in the FrontPage Editor. Right click on the page. Choose Page Properties. Choose the Custom Tab. In the User Variables section hit the Add button. It asks you to give a Name and a Value for the User Meta Variable. For name you use the name of the meta tag, such as Keyword. For Value you use the value of the meta tag.  In this case you would insert your keywords here. It's as easy as that!
