A dictionary records the definition of photography as "The art or process of producing images of objects on photosensitive surfaces;" but if you ask a photographer, the definition will be much more accurate.  To me, photography is not just a chance to capture a beautiful image.  It is a chance to express the passions of my soul by using the wonderful masterpieces of beauty that God has laid out for all to enjoy whether it be the colors of a sunset or in the beauty of a smile.  My favorite quote is, "A photograph is usually looked at, seldom looked into."  Many times in our busy lives, we look around but never truly see.  That is what drives my passion.  Not that someone would just like one of the images that I capture; but that thru one of my images, that person's soul would be touched.
