 Player of the Game
 Xavier Cross

After Halifax began the game with a 23-2 run, the few Idaho Mountie fans that took the long trip to the Canadian city had already begun to disperse and head out of the arena. With their backs against the ropes in this series, the Mounties couldn't recover from their disastrous first quarter and struggled to even come close to 20 points from tying the game. By halftime, the score was 53-18, and by that point everyone knew the game was over along with the season for Idaho. Although the Schooners slowed down in the second half, they still managed to counter every single offensive play from Idaho with one of their own. There will be no last-second heroics by Idaho, and their 36-point loss was the largest defeat in FBADL Finals history. Xavier Cross played one of his best games this season, and made his last game in the D-League before the FBA Draft count with 31 points. Andres Liso took home the FBADL Finals MVP trophy, and the Halifax Schooners became the very first Canadian team to win a FBA-sancitioned championship.
