Bio & Picture Updated Feb, 2009 |
After graduation I went to Oklahoma University for five years and received a degree in pharmacy. In 1963, while at OU, I married Jean (Sherry) Thomas of Dumas, Texas. In 1964 we had our first son Tom. Sherry also graduated in 1965 with a degree in Political Science. In 1965 after graduation, we moved to Ada, Oklahoma where I worked at the Sugg Clinic from June of 1965 to March of 1966. We then moved to Montezuma, Kansas and I took a job for Jim Cejda at the Montezuma Drug Store. In January of 1967 I purchased the Drug Store from Jim. We had two more sons, Tim and Ted, and adopted one more named Manuel. We still live in Montezuma and run Montezuma Drug Store. Tim runs our two other business, "Brown Tree Farm" (a nursery and tree spade), and "B&R Guide Service", a hunting guide service for Pheasants. I spend my off time going to grandkids' ball games and hunting and fishing. |
