Welcome e-pals to the 2005 Pastels on the Plaza picture pages. Pastels on the Plaza is an annual art event that takes place on the Arcata Plaza on the first Saturday in October. All proceeds of the event benefit Northcoast Children's Services Programs. Nancy & I enjoyed the art and this year I took a lot of pictures to share with all of you.
