Emancipation |

When student monk Tao-hsin requested that he be granted emancipation, Ch'an (Zen) Master Seng-ts'an asked who had placed him in bondage. Only the illusion of conditional relativity and the egoistic delusion of separateness obscure the unconditioned Pure Consciousness that contains and sustains all existence, including itself. Persistent egoless transphenomenal attunement that penetrates all cognitive barriers is the way to emancipation from the bondage of deceitful ego; the unadorned ancient way to egoless ONEness with the nonmaterial physical energy of uncreated absolute Pure Being. |
