Plato's Cave

Human perception
is as limited now
as it was in Plato's
Ancient Greece,
and updating
his allegory
of the cave
enhances
our understanding
of reality just-as-it-is.
The wall of Plato's cave
in front of the humans
today represents
our holographic universe.
Each puppeteer
represents
a holonomic Mind,
an autonomous
thinking Self.
The illuminating fire
behind the puppeteers
represents
the transcendent
continuum
of consciousness
that directs each
holonomic image event.
The transitory shadows
seen by the humans
on the cave wall
represent holonomic
experiential phenomena.
And the bright sun
outside the cave
represents
the imperturbable
egoless ONEness
of unconditioned
Pure Consciousness
itself.
