Huntsville UU Services
Sunday, November 11, 10:30 a.m., Laura Chapel at HMH
Dr. Frank Schulman's sermon topic is "The Way It Could Be."
Dr. Shulman says: "This is Armistice Day, though armistice is a fading dream.
Things have gone terribly wrong in our day, not for America only but for the
world. A sensitive person would be close to despair over the sorrow and pain
and the feeble efforts to eliminate the tragic from our midst. But there is a
vision we have of a better land and the way it could be." The Ancient Reading on
Sunday will be Matthew 25: 14-30; the Modern Reading, "All Things Bright and Beautiful"
by Cecil Francis Alexander.
Sunday, November 25, 10:30 a.m., Laura Chapel at HMH
Ray Lemmon, father of our member David Lemmon, will be our speaker. Ray, a long-time
