Sunday, April 14, 10:30 AM, Laura Chapel at HMH:

Dr. Frank Schulman's sermon will be "The World's Strangest Unitarians."
According to Dr. Schulman, "There are about 10,000 Unitarians high up in
the Himalayas, in the Khasi Hills in northeastern India, just south of Bhutan and north
of Bangladesh. They were tribal people before they became Unitarian in the late 19th
century. They are a gentle, devoted people and their religion plays a major part in
their lives. They worship in a mixture of Khasi and English. The sermon will tell
something of their history, how they worship, and some of their unusual customs."
