Pete Kelly, our newest member, will speak on "The Application of Hypnosis in
Criminal Justice."

Ken Crowley, who spoke to us in September of 2001, will give us an update on his activities.
He is currently serving a six-month prison term for trespassing at Ft. Benning, Georgia, in a non-violent protest of the
training of Latin American military at the School of the Americas.

Dr. Schulman will return to our pulpit on both Sundays in April. On April 13, his sermon title is "Why Believe in
Immortality."
Sunday, April 27, 10:30 AM, Laura Chapel at HMH:
Dr. Schulman will preach on "Reasons for Believing in God."
UU Book Club
Sunday evening, March 30: The UU Book Club will meet at 6:30 PM at
the home of Thomas and Carla McAdams in the Timberwilde subdivision. We will discuss the first
five chapters of A History of God-The 4,000 Year Quest of Judaism, Christianity, and Islam by Karen Armstrong.
Reviewers will be Roberta Krock, Karl Mahaffey, Gail Phillips, Ralph Phillips, and Beth Williamson [not necessarily in that
order.] Books are available. If you need help getting a copy, call Beth at 295-3170.
Huntsville UU Women
Wednesday, March 5:
The Women's Sharing Circle will meet at 1:00 PM at the home of Roberta Krock,
3329 Pine Grove in the Pine Shadows subdivision. Gail Phillips will be facilitator for a discussion of women who have
been our mentors. Please bring photos or other mementos of a woman who has influenced your life. March is
Women's History Month.
Wednesday, March 12:
The UU Women will join the Red Hat Society for lunch at 1:00 PM at the Old Market
Station in New Waverly.
