How Many 301 vs. 301A Machines?

There are approximately 183 "301" machines on the survey, from NA000019 to NA185406, or about 30% of the total. There are approximately 428 "301A" machines on the survey, beginning with serial number NA186011 to the end, or about 70% of the total.

Centennial Badges

Nine machines have turned up to date that have the 1851-1951 Singer Centennial Badge on them.  They are serial numbers within NA000019 to NA000857.  Some are tan shortbed and some are black shortbed (see timeline for details).  If you own a 301 with a Centennial Badge that is not included in this list, the data on your machine would be helpful in uncovering the history of these machines.  Please email Joy at jfroyd@juno.com for details.
