Other notes and tips:
Some 1993 models had problems with electrical wire chafe
Poor winterizing causing hot water heater failures
ProMariner chargers are failing (20-3, 30-3)
Standing rigging should last 8 yrs in salt water, 20yrs in fresh
Reroute frig drain to shower sump via a new "Y"
Reseal emergency rudder access to avoid leaks
Water valve under aft berth are inconvenient
Look for Garhauer travelers with the upgrade package
Preferences:
Yanmar diesel (smoother below 1000rpm, easier starting)
PSS seal 
Autoprop (avoid 3 bladed fixed prop)
