	Replace engine oil 15W40 API-CD (2.8 qts) (Min annually)
	Replace engine oil filter (Min annually)
Every 300 hrs	Clean exhaust elbow
	Replace Intake Silencer Filter
Annually	Replace secondary fuel filter (10 micron)
	Check water pump impeller. Replace at 200 hrs. or second year
	Check & replace (as needed) V-belts; adj tension to 3/8" deflection
	Check motor mount wear
	Replace coolant (if EG)
Every 2 yrs	Replace coolant (if DEXCOOL) or at 250 hrs
Batteries
Monthly	Check electrolyte level; top off with distilled water only
Every 6 mos	Run equalization charge
Steering & Engine Controls
Monthly	30W oil on quadrant cable
	30W oil on sheave bearings
	Check all bolts and screws for tightness
Annually	Remove compass (use 4 overlapping tapes as alignment guide)
	30W oil on roller chain
	30W oil on brake shaft threads
	Teflon grease into top hole of needle bearing housing (fore & aft)
	30W oil on control handles shaft bearings
	Teflon spray on ends of push/pill cables
	Teflon grease on cables at engine end
Lewmar Winches
Annually	Strip, clean, relube with Lewmar gear grease
	Inspect for pawl wear
Maxwell Windlass
Every 6 mos	Spray exposed components with CRC 3097 or WD-40
	Marine grease on mainshaft & bearing
	Check gearbox oil level
Every 3 yrs	Replace gearbox oil (90W)
Shaft & Packing
Daily	Check packing leakrate; tighten as needed
Annually	Repack if leakrate is uncontrollable
Seacocks
Monthly	Open & close
Annually	Grease ball with Permatex Superlube with Teflon
Water Tanks
Annually	Check for bio-growth; chlorinate & flush as needed
Head
Annually	Coat threads of deck discharge cap with plumbers grease
	Treat tank w/ Calgon beads plus detergent
Furler
Dodger & Bimini
Annually	Clean with 303 Fabric Cleaner
	Treat with 303 High Tech Fabric Guard
	Polish Eisenglas with Megular's Plastx
Dingy
Semi-annually	Clean with vinyl cleaner
	Treat with Inflatable Protectant (for UV)
