KVE SUDDENLINK BULK-PURCHASE Billing: On
the October statement, the HOA started billing for
Internet/Cable TV service. $46.39 was billed for July 2021 and
$46.39 was added to the current monthly HOA dues for November 2021. The
November statement billed for August, September and October. Starting
with the December statement, the heavily discounted Cable TV/Internet
fees have been rolled into the monthly fees. Background: In 2020, Owners voted to allow the HOA
to enter in to a bulk purchase agreement with Suddenlink to provide the
following to ALL units, for less than $50/month: ·
Expanded basic TV with one basic DTA cable box/remote · 100 Mbps unlimited data Internet with Wi-Fi-Modem
At as
of July 2, 2021, all units that had any Suddenlink service were automatically
switched over to our new bulk purchase plan with a total monthly cost of less
than $50/month and the monthly cable TV/internet fee added to owners' HOA statements. Each unit’s personal Suddenlink
bills went way down with the only remaining charges for any extras that were on the Suddenlink account such as: ·
Internet speeds over 100 Mbps ·
Cable Modem/Router Rentals ·
Extra High Definition cable boxes ·
Pay Cable Channels or Movie/Sports packages ·
Mobile Phone Lines

any extras from your Suddenlink Bill or add any services, please contact
