Happy hunting to everyone in 2014. The chances of getting everything "right" at the Sea have improved dramatically in the last 10 years.  We experienced very high prices for Tract 662 waterfront lots in 2004... so we are very positive now... but one has to be very, very patient & remember they aren't making any more waterfront lots here. Higher prices will return. I know there appears to be no market now and we are at the bottom with prices... just where we were in 1996 when we first arrived and built the model at 115 Venice Lane. Good time to buy! Something has to be done by 2017... period!

Recent news is very, very, very positive for me!  Up $1,000...call today for the $10,000 summer special for certain lots. 

A Travertine Point Project is worth a read... if you are really interested in the Sea!  2017 is fast approaching so we are thrilled the SSA is back in control... a resolution might be in sight!   Try to Google for it,.
