Evelyn M. Haney and Russell S. Harney were married on 23 November 1935. Russell S. Harney was born on 12 November 1909 in Illinois. He died on 30 November 1979. Evelyn and Russell were the parents of two children, both stillborn, a boy, 7 Apr 1937, and a girl, 31 Jan 1939.
