Mrs. Bigham, 67, Dies Monday; Rites Thursday

  Mrs. William Bigham, 67, of Aledo, died at 6:30 a. m., Monday, April 13, 1953, in Mercer County hospital, Aledo, where she had been a patient since Oct. 18, 1952.
  Funeral services will be held at 2 p. m. Thursday at the Sherrard Funeral chapel in Aledo with Rev. George Wilson of Mackinaw, Ill., officiating, assisted by Rev. S. J. Buck of Aledo. Burial will be in Aledo cemetery.
  Gussie Booth was born Mar. 18, 1886, in Kanesville, Mo., the daughter of Lee and Mary Viola Elliott Booth. Reared and educated in Kanesville.
  She married William Bigham, Jan. 1, 1908, in Anadarka, Okla., and they resided in Oklahoma until 1912 when they moved to a farm near Aledo and have resided near Aledo and New Boston since that time.
  She was a member of the Christian church in Apache, Okla.
  Surviving in addition to her husband are three daughters, Mrs. Violet Liggett, Mrs. Edna Roseboom and Mrs. Ola Finch, all of Aledo; one son, Lee Donald of Moline; 11 grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Cecil Snodgrass of Apache, Okla., and Mrs. Vivian Johnson of Baggs, Okla.; three brothers, Curtis of Okmulgee, Okla.; Lloyd of Sterling, Okla., and Max of California.
  She was preceded in death by her parents, two grandchildren, one sister and one brother.
  Pallbearers will be Lawrence Wagoner, Bud Welch, Tracy Morris, Burr McNeal, Harry Swartout and Lester Stone. Bret Trent will sing, accompanied by Mrs. Marie Sherrard at the organ.
