| Warren Crose
Funeral services for Warren Crose, 51, of Alexis, were held
Saturday morning at the Hoover Memorial Chapel, Alexis. The Rev. Bruce
Baker, pastor of Alexis United Methodist Church officiated. Burial will
be in Alexis Cemetery.
Mr. Crose died Thursday, Dec. 2 at St. Mary's Hospital, Galesburg.
Mr. Crose was born Sept. 5, 1931, in Mercer County, a son of
Everett and Nellie Corr Crose.
On Oct. 20, 1956, he married Marlene Palmer in Aledo.
Mr. Crose operated an appliance business at Viola in partnership
with his brother.
Surviving are his wife; two sons, David and Donald, both of North
Henderson; two daughters, Deborah and Cathy, both at home; his mother,
Mrs. Nellie Crose of Aledo; a brother, Everett of Viola; and three
sisters, Mrs. Raymond Morgan of Rock Island, Mrs. Joseph Shrock of Aledo
and Mrs. Marvin Kitchens of Cable.
