Obituary

The community was grieved to learn of the death of Neal Duffy, who passed away in Washington, Iowa, at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Susan Wheelan. Funeral services were held in Washington Wednesday.
Mr. Duffy was a long time a resident of Keithsburg. For years he was employed by George Hollinrake and later by M. P. Betan, driving their vegetable wagon. In this business he was known by everyone and universally liked. Last spring old age and ill health forced him to give up his work and he went to Washington where he had since then lived.
