are pending at the Dahn-Woodhouse Funeral Home in Glidden.

Glidden - Services for Mrs. Madge Belle Everts, 89, of Glidden
will be held at the Dahn-Woodhouse Funeral Home here at 11 a.m. Saturday.
The Rev. Andrew Bosman, pastor of the United Presbyterian Church,
will officiate; burial will be in Westlawn Cemetery, Glidden. Friends
may call at the funeral home, where there will be a prayer service for
the family and friends at 8 p.m. Friday.
Mrs. Everts, a lifelong resident of this area, died July 27 at
Stewart Memorial Hospital, Lake City. She was born at Carrollton Feb. 3,
1883, a daughter of Crockett and Emily Cretsinger Ribble. On Feb. 21,
1906, she married Thomas William Everts, who died in 1957. She was a
member of the United Presbyterian Church and the Priscilla Club at
Glidden and of Signet Chapter No. 1, Order of the Eastern Star, at Carroll.
Mrs. Everts has been active in the women's organization of the
Farm Bureau and in 1934 she was selected as Iowa Master Homemaker.
Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Harold (Alice) Reinart of Glidden;
a son, Elwin of Glidden; four grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and
a sister, Ms. F. W. (Ada) Cosne of Chaleston, W. Va.
Besides her husband, Mrs. Everts was preceded in death by three
brothers, Fred, Guy and Tom; and a sister, Ella.

Glidden - Funeral services for Mrs. Madge Belle Everts, 89, of
Glidden were held Saturday at 11 a.m. in the Dahn-Woodhouse Funeral Home in Glidden.
The Rev. A. J. Bosman officiated; selected hymns were played by
Mrs. Carol Kidney
Pallbearers were Leland Roden, Kenneth Sherer, Kenneth Davis,
Elmer Peters, Harry Graves and Art Geyer. Burial was in Westlawn Cemetery. Glidden.
Mrs. Everts died July 27 at Stewart Memorial Hospital, Lake City.
