On Thanksgiving day in 1886 Abigail Swift became the bride of
John Flynn at St. James church in Washington. They went to Aledo, Ill.,
where they made their home on a farm for a short time before moving back
to Washington county. Fourteen years ago they moved into Washington to
live. Mrs. Flynn's main interest was in her home.
