Mrs. Leonard Flynn, 45, Dies
Mrs. Mary L. Flynn, 45, wife of J. Leonard Flynn, died at ten
o'clock last night at the county hospital, where she had been a patient
for about two weeks. She had been ill for approximately a year.
Funeral arrangements are indefinite, pending word from relatives
at a distance. Arrangements are in charge of Sherman's funeral home.
The Flynn home was three and a half miles south of Washington on
rural route two. The family moved here about ten years ago.
Mrs. Flynn was born Nov. 30, 1901, at Newman Grove, Nebr., a
daughter of Edwin and Tina (Thompson) Larson and her home was in that
community for years.
She was a member of St. James Catholic church.
Surviving are her husband and five children, Patricia, Mary
Irene, Evonne, Michael and David, all at home; her father; four
brothers, Orin Larson of Washington state, Ernest of South Pasadena,
Calif., Glen of St. Edward, Nebr., Merle of Halls, Tenn.; two sisters,
Clara and Mildred Larson of South Pasadena, Calif. One daughter, Thelma,
and her mother are deceased.
