Peter ``Pete'' Edward Fredrickson, 87, of 501 N. Sunny Lane,
Monmouth, died Saturday, Sept. 2, 2000, at Community Care Center, Monmouth.
Services are 2 p.m. Friday at Hoover-Hall Memorial Chapel,
Monmouth. Burial is in Belmont Cemetery. Visitation is Thursday
afternoon, with family present 7 to 8 p.m. and a Masonic service at 8.
He was born March 18, 1913, in Millersburg Township, Mercer
County, the son of Axel and Beda (Osterberg) Fredrickson. He married Mae
B. Ranney Dec. 22, 1937, in Burlington, Iowa. She died May 22, 2000.
Survivors (and spouses) include sons, Larry (Myra), Monmouth,
John (Marilou) and Michael (Pat), Seaton; a daughter, Darlene (Hugh)
Forbes, Media, Ill.; 10 grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren.
