Nick Goetzinger Dies; Final Rites Scheduled Monday
Templeton (THNS) - Nick Goetzinger, 48, died of a heart
ailment at St. Anthony hospital, Carroll, last night. He was a section
worker for the C., M., St. P. & Pac. railroad and spent all his life in Templeton.

The body is at the Ohde Funeral home, Manning, where it will
remain until Monday. The rosary will be prayed at 8:30 p. m., Saturday
and Sunday at the funeral home.
Final rites will be held at 9:30 a. m., Monday at Sacred Heart
church here with the Very Rev. Fr. F. P. Schultes, pastor, officiating.
Burial will be in the parish cemetery.
Survivors include the widow, two sons, Marvin, Omaha, Neb., and
James, at home; three daughters, Dorothy, Katherine and Judy at home.
Also surviving are five brothers -- Joseph, Defiance; Bill, Reveille,
Neb., Anton and Bernard, Omaha; Frank, Templeton; and a sister, Margaret Borre, Omaha.

Mr. Goetzinger was preceded in death by, his parents, Nicholas
and Elizabeth Goetzinger, three brothers, John, Matt, and Peter, and two
sisters , Elizabeth Goetzinger and Mary Reilander.
Mr. Goetzinger was born May 15, 1900, a t Templeton. He was married
March 3, 1924, to Julia Kleespies at Dedham.
He was a member of Sacred Heart church.
He was ill two weeks before his death.
