Harold Hall Sr.
Harold W. Hall Sr., 55, of Aledo died Friday, Mar. 6, 1987, at
his home. Funeral services were held Tuesday, at 2 p.m. at Jinks Funeral
Home, Aledo. Rev. Donald Wise, pastor of the Aledo Methodist Church,
officiated and burial was in the Aledo Cemetery.
He was born June 15, 1931 in Indianapolis, IN, a son of George
and Mary Lorenston Hall. He came to Preemption as a child and was a
lifetime Mercer County resident.
He was educated in the Sherrard School System and married Betty
McBride in October of 1975 in Wisconsin.
He was a construction worker and was employed by Normoyle Berg
Construction for 15 years. He was also employed by Valley Construction
and Lock Joint Pipe Co.
He was a former member of the Aledo Moose.
Survivors include his wife, Betty; a son Harold Hall Jr. of New
Boston; daughter, Mrs. John (Cindy) Koresko of Aledo; step-sons, Dick
and Jeff McBride of Aledo, Randy McBride of Chandler, AZ; step-daughter,
Mrs. Penny Staker of Aledo; 10 grandchildren; his father, George Hall
Sr. of Preemption; a brother, George Hall Hr. of Reynolds; three
sisters, Mrs. Freda Harkey of Preemption, Mrs. Dora Brotan of Akron, OH
and Mrs. Elaine Anderson of Sherrard.
Pallbearers were Paul Bloomfield, Bob Dickey, Tom Harrison,
Everett Weeks, Herb Zwicker, and Ed Kistler.
