Services for Margaret M. Hall, 79, were held at 10 a.m.
Wednesday at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Rock Island. Burial will be
in Sherrard Cemetery.
Kirk, Huggins and Esterdahl Funeral Home, Orion conducted a wake
service at 8 p.m. on Tuesday.
Mrs. Hall died Sunday, June 18, 1989 at Extended Care of Mercer
County Hospital, Aledo.
Margaret Putman married Herbert Hall Sr. in 1928 in Davenport. He died May 31.
She was a member of the church.
Memorials may be made to the church.
Survivors include daughters, Virginia Stropes, Plainsfield, IL,
and Marlene Parker, Sherrard; a son, Herbert Jr., Sherrard; six
grandchildren; and sisters, Grace Steins, Irene Steins and Betty Budde,
and brothers, David, John, Raymond and Richard Putman, all of Bellevue, IA.
