  Wilfred William "Bud" Irlmeier, 86, of Carroll died Sunday, Nov. 25, 2007, at St. Anthony Regional Hospital in Carroll following a short illness.
  Mass of the Christian burial will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 28, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Templeton with the Revs. Dale Reiff and Robert Gralapp concelebrating. Lector will be R.T. Schreck. Gift bearers will be Mox and Anna Mae Irlmeier. Servers will be Amber Irlmeier, Beth Irlmeier and Cassie Irlmeier. Christian symbols will be placed by Janice Langel and Susan Grau. Music will be by organist Leonette Irlbeck and the Sacred Heart Choir.
  Casket bearers will be Mr. Irlmeier's grandchildren: Brett "Buck" Irlmeier, Doug Olberding, Andy Olberding, Jake Irlmeier, Scott Gregory, Melissa "Missy" Nguyen, Kelly Foster, Abby Irlmeier, Tracy Olberding and Katie Gregory.
  Burial will be in Sacred Heart Cemetery at Templeton.
  Visitation starts at 2:30 p.m., a rosary will be prayed at 3 p.m. and a prayer service will be held at 7 p.m. Tuesday at Dahn and Woodhouse Funeral Home in Carroll. The casket will be moved to the church at 8:30 a.m. Wednesday.
  A son of Joseph and Anna (Feilmeier) Irlmeier, he was born Dec. 9, 1920, at Templeton, was baptized and confirmed at Sacred Heart Church there, attended Sacred Heart School and was a lifelong resident of Carroll County.
  He and Marian "Toni" Peters were married Nov. 29, 1945, at Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Carroll with the Rev. O.W. Koester presiding.
  Mr. Irlmeier owned and operated Irlmeier Plumbing and Heating in Templeton for several years, was a feed salesman for Golden Sun Feed and Peets Feed, and farmed. His last job was with Carroll County Conservation.
  He was a member of St. Lawrence Parish in Carroll and former member of the Charles Carroll Council of the Knights of Columbus. He enjoyed refinishing furniture, going to casinos and watching Chicago Cubs baseball.
  Survivors include his wife, Toni, of Carroll; two sons: Jim Irlmeier and wife Peggy of Glidden and Monty Irlmeier and wife Pitter of Carroll; two daughters: Karen Olberding and husband Steve of Carroll and Lori Gregory and husband Dennie of Glenwood; 10 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; three brothers: Donnie Irlmeier and wife Kathleen of Audubon; Mox Irlmeier and wife Anna Mae of Templeton and Clete Irlmeier of Carroll; and a sister, Irene Kraus, and her husband, Al, of Maple River.
  Mr. Irlmeier was preceded in death by his parents; three brothers: Alex, Leo and Leonard Irlmeier; three sisters: Ann Irlbeck, Jean Brosnahan and Dorothy Crowdes; and two grandchildren: Heidi and Jason Irlmeier.
