Obituary

  Mrs. Joseph Kelleher, age 44 years, died Tuesday at her home in Chicago following a major operation. She was born Jan 10, 1890 on the Allen homestead north of Sherrard and was the youngest daughter of the late Mrs. Ellen Kelleher. She received her education in the Sherrard schools. She was united in marriage about 20 years ago to Joseph Kelleher of Chicago, who with five children survive. Thare are three sons, Allen, Eugene and Thomas and two daughters, Miss Catherine and Miss Joan, all of Chicago; two sisters, Mrs. John Normoyle of Rural and Mrs. Mae Tonn of Rock Island and three brothers, Bernard and Harry of Sherrard and Ed Allen of Rock Island. Mr. and Mrs. Harry Allen and Bernie Allen, also Mrs. James Roach were those from this vicinity who attended the funeral services which were held at 9 a. m., Friday in Chicago. Interment was in a Chicago cemetery.
