Mrs. Leota E. Kimm

  Funeral services for Mrs. Leota E. Kimm of rural Alcester who died unexpectedly last Thursday at home, were held Saturday at the Wass Funeral Home.
Rev. Dean Orris, pastor of Westside Church of Christ at Akron, Ia., officiated.
  Burial was at Schaller, Ia. The Pierson, Iowa, chapter, Order of Eastern Star of which she was a charter member, conducted the graveside rites.
  Pallbearers were Louis and Elmer Gertsmeier, Charlton Richards, Martin Meyer, Marvin Carlson and Wendell Gabel.
  Mrs. Kimm was born at Schaller, Iowa. She was married to Silas A. Kimm, on October 15, 1914. He died in 1936.
  Survivors include a son, Thomas S. of Fort George G. Meade, Md., a daughter, Mrs. Aurabelle Rogers of Sioux City; a sister, Mrs. Emma Thorpe of Lake View, Ia., and seven grandchildren.
