Funeral Services For Mack Knapp, Schaller

Schaller - Funeral services were held Thursday afternoon at
First Methodist church for Mack Knapp, who passed away early Tuesday
morning. He had been in ill health for some time. The services were
conducted by the pastor, Rev. A. R. Sanks.
Mrs. Robert A. Bath was organist and accompanied Ruth Anne
McQuigg and Mary Buehler who sang two favorite hymns. Interment was made
in Schaller cemetery with the following as pall bearers: Kermit Hansen,
Jon Vander Weerd, Edw. A. Woodke, Henry Sanderman, Lester J. Walker and
Walter Mohler.
Chelsia McCloud Knapp, 59, passed away after illness of several
months. Mac (as he was better known) was born July 28, 1893 at Ida
Grove, Iowa. He spent practically all his life in this community. He was
a member of First Methodist church of Schaller.
He is survived by his brother, Earle, six sisters: Mrs. Ed
Woodard of Schaller, Mrs. Henry Lenger of Volga, S. Dak.; Mrs. Chas.
Wehde of Schaller, Mrs. Allyn Krause of Hartington, Heb.; Mrs. Merril
Ziegler of Enid, Okla.; Mrs. Harvey Shonwerd of Lincoln, Neb.; twelve
nieces and nephews, one aunt, Mrs. Ida Warn. All the sisters were
present for the funeral.
