| Oliver Leckliter Dead
Oliver Leckliter, formerly of Lenox, passed away in the
Methodist hospital at Des Moines Tuesday evening at 6 o'clock after an
illness and severe suffering of several months. The body will be brought
to Corning and the funeral services will be this (Thursday) afternoon
from the Hilliard funeral home at 2 o'clock. An obituary will be
published next week. Two Former Residents Called Two of Prescott's former residents passed away last week.
Oliver Leckliter who lived here for several years and was engaged in the
harness business and afterward farming on the place now owned by W. C.
Davis. Mr. Leckliter whose home has been in Des Moines for some tame
passed away in the Methodist hospital Tuesday, Sept. 3rd, after almost
two years of intense suffering. The body was brought to Corning and
funeral services were held Thursday afternoon at the Hilliard funeral home. | ||
