| Mrs. Joe Level Funeral Rites On January 30
Funeral services for Mary A. Level age 82, were held at the
Acacia Funeral Home, Memorial Park, Seattle, Washington, on Tuesday,
January 30, at 11:00 A.M. Rev. Ray Kaemmer was in charge of services.
Organ music was provided by Betty Nye for the services. Mr. and
Mrs. Oliver Stewart were in charge of the floral arrangements.
Burial was in the cemetery at Memorial Park, Seattle, Washington.
Mrs. J. D. Level, Mary A. was born in Early, Iowa, July 25, 1885,
the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Thorpe. She passed away Saturday,
January 27, at the Crest Nursing Home.
She was married to Joseph D. Level on June 20, 1906 at the
Baptist Parsonage, Sac City, Iowa.
She is survived by her husband Joe, four brothers and daughters,
Mrs. W. R. Nason and Mrs. A. W. Hannasch, all of Seattle; and sons,
Alan, Port Townsend and Joseph P., El Paso, Texas; also seven
grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Level and husband resided in Sac City for over thirty years,
and have made several visits back to Sac City since leaving in 1952.
