Peter F. Lynch

Died in Creston.

  Pete F. Lynch, of this vicinity, died at Unity hospital in Creston, Monday, July 24, 1916, at 3:30 o'clock in the afternoon. He was taking treatment for anemia. The body was brought to Corning Monday evening and funeral services held this (Wednesday) morning at 10 o'clock, at St. Patrick's Catholic church, conducted by Father Richard Dollard and Father Murphy of Creston. Interment was made in Calvary cemetery.
  Mr. Lynch was born in Iowa on the 4th of September, 1871, being aged 44 years, 8 months and 22 days at the time of his death. His parents, James and Ellen Lynch, were natives of Ireland. For many years Mr. Lynch has been a resident of Adams county and he had a large circle of friends in this community. He was a single man. Mr. is survived by three sisters, Mrs. Margaret Sullivan, Mrs. Bert Bentley, and Miss Ella Lynch, and two brothers, James and Joe Lynch. Sympathy is extended to the mourning ones.
