Deaths

  Mrs. Betty Lyons, 55, of Corning, passed away Sunday noon, June 18, at the Rosary Hospital in Corning. She is survived by her father, Richard Dennis of Prescott; a sister-in-law, Mary Lyons of Corning; two brothers-in-law, William Lyons of Lincoln, Neb. and Charles Lyons of San Diego, California, and other relatives.
  Mrs. Lyons had been employed at the Adams County Free Press for a number of years, and was an employee there at the time of her illness and death. Prior to this, she was a beauty operator.
  Funeral services were held at the St. Patrick Catholic Church in Corning. June 21, at 10:00 A.M., with Msgr. John Kovacs officiating. Burial was in Calvary Cemetery, Corning.
