Rose Marie Mack
Rose Marie Mack 75 of Grass Range died suddenly at her home Sunday
morning, May 30th of natural causes. She was born May 27, 1929 in
Lewistown, the daughter of William E. and Catherine (Bueker) Staab. She
received her schooling in a country school northwest of Grass Range. She
worked on the family farm until her marriage to Eugene Mack on April 19,
1952. They continued on the family farm near Ford Creek until moving to
their present home in the early 1960's west of Grass Range. He preceded
her in death in 1996.
She was a member of St. Barbara Catholic Church in Grass Range until
it closed and is now a member of St. Leo's Catholic Church in Lewistown.
She was a member and past president of the Cowbelles and the Timesaver
Extension Club and worked many years with the 4H serving as a leader for
many years, and was a member and past regent of the Women of the Moose.
She is survived by one son Edward and his wife Susan of Lewistown;
two daughters Anna Marie Mack of Grass Range, MT and Susan Ryan and
husband Mike of Helena, MT; one sister Norma Reiche of Klamath Falls,
OR. Four grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents and one great granddaughter.
Friends are asked to make memorials to the Central Montana 4H, Grass
Range Emergency Services or the charity of their choice and they may be
left at the Cloyd Funeral Home.
