Roland Mosmans' Infant Taken by Death
Victoria Mosman, seven-month old daughter of Mr. and Mrs.
Roland Mosman of Carroll, died at 6:50 Saturday morning in the
University Hospitals, Iowa City. The baby had been in the hospital three
weeks and had undergone major surgery.
The body is being brought Saturday to the Sharp Funeral Home
here, and may be viewed there by friends after Sunday noon.
The angel mass will be read by the Rt. Rev. Msgr. P. T. Lynch at
St. Joseph's Church at 9 o'clock Monday morning. Burial will be in the
Carroll Catholic Cemetery
Besides her parents, Roland and Darlene Mosman, the infant is
survived by her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Mosman and Mr. and
Mrs. Lawrence Fangman, Carroll; and great-grandmothers Mrs. Lena Mosman,
Carroll; Mrs. Lena Reck, Walcott, and Mrs. Rose Ricken, Dyersville.
Victoria was born in Carroll April 26, 1953.
