Obituary

  Funeral services for Miss Bridget O'Day, 68 years old, resident of Mercer county during her entire life, who died at the home of her sister, Mrs. Andrew Field in Aledo, Sunday afternoon, Nov. 11, were held Tuesday at 9:30 a. m. at St. Catherine's Catholic church in Aledo with Rev. John Callahan officiating. Interment was made in the Preemption cemetery.
  Miss O'Day's death followed a short illness. She was born in Preemption township, but had been a resident of this city for many years. She had lived with her sister for some time.
  Surviving are her sister and two brothers, Patrick and Michael O'Day, both of Aledo.
